PRH spiked up on Thursday and we did not buy: BUT it dropped back down on Friday (when markets dumped) giving us the opportunity to BUY at a decent price. PRH pays almost 7% and is an excellent high quality addition to the portfolio.
There are so many ‘bad’ things going on out there that it’s hard to comprehend. With corrupt Commander in Diapers Bidee in charge and his band of stupid fuckwads, the economic and political environment is only going to get worse. We now foresee financial markets dropping to the Summer lows. This is getting awful.
Bottom Line: We still have significant paper losses on positions so far this year but plan on holding all positions for the dividends. Continue looking for new buys such as the MAIN corporate bond where the price has come down a little.
